Today I’m starting a new RER section called – A Running Joke
When runners get together we frequently talk about preferred races, gear, PRs, food as well as of program – funny running stories. Each Tuesday I’ll function a funny running story, sign, photo or joke shared by you!
I’ll go first…(even though I’ve told this story on Ask a Monican)
The funniest thing that’s ever occurred to me while running was… my very first week in Maryland I was on my very first long run in that new damp climate. At one point I wiped my boogers on my sleeve (like I always do, since I’m a lady) as well as observed BLOOD!
Since I was without a mirror or gain access to to an E.R. I stopped an innocent woman walking down the street. I asked screamed frantically, “Do I have blood on my face?!?!?”
I’m sure it afraid the crap out of her as well as she believed I was a crazy.
She looked confused so I repeated myself while pointing at my nose. I visualized a bloody mess running down my face.
She assured me I was “okay” as well as rushed away most likely to phone call the cops as Camiseta FC Tokyo well as report a lunatic with a bloody nose on the loose.
When I got house I saw a bit dried blood Camiseta Villarreal CF on my nose, however it was truly nothing. I was freaked out as well as stopped a complete stranger for nothing. Ha!
