Hello! exactly how are you doing? It’s week 2 of me really training for one of those Camiseta RB Leipzig marathon race things. yesterday I hit up a class that had a great deal of leg work so I had my work cut out for me today. My training plan required a 5 mile tempo run, 1 mile each warm up as well as great down.

I was going to drive to a flatter place however didn’t have time. So I understood my goal times would be a bit off considering that the path away from my home is somewhat uphill the whole time. I generally online in a ditch as well as it’s uphill every method out.

I took a couple of breaks to modification my music as well as talk a relfie (run selfie even though it seems like ‘ralph selfie’ as in barf). I only hit my goal speed one mile, however I believe I’m aiming a bit high with the goals anyway.

My warm up as well as great down miles were incredibly slow. My tempos… 8:42, 8:54, 8:27, 8:23, 8:12. You can see where the uphills got me.

I grabbed an apple as soon as I got house as well as made breakfast.

Last night I hit up the GW (GoodWill) to look for costumes.

I requirement a Halloween costume as well as I requirement a costume for rock N Roll LA this weekend. I gotten a few things, however am still not sure what I’m going to be for the race.

I got this pink crayon costume for my mom. She has to gown up since my niece’s celebration is on Halloween as well as we’re all dressing up. (I will not be a pink crayon since I don’t look great in pink / I bought one more costume for myself online. )
